Papdi Chaat
Papdi chaat is one of the most loved chaat in northern India, quick and easy to prepare. It has spicy, tangy flavours.
You can prepare it as an appetizer or can serve along with main meal as well.

Papdi Chaat Recipe

Ingredients
Papdi- 2o -25 ( according to the people)
Boiled Potato- 1 chopped
Onion-1 chopped
Green Coriander Chutney-2-3 tbsp
Tamarind chutney-2-3 tbsp
Sev- 5 tablespoons
Coriander leaves to garnish
Salt
Roasted cumin powder
Curd-4 tbsp

Method
1. In a big serving plate , arrange papdi nicely and top it up with chopped potato and onion.

2. Add Curd , Green and tamarind chutney.

3. Put salt, roasted cumin powder.

4. Garnish with sev and coriander leaves.

Serve immediately!

Keep all ingredients handy as preparing will take just 5-7 minutes.

You can add pomegranate to garnish as well.
