Apple Banana Porridge

This Porridge made of oats, Apple and milk can be served as
breakfast after the baby is 6 months.

3 tsbp broken wheat(daliya)

3 tbsp quick cooking oats
half cup milk
1tbsp jaggery grated
1/4 apple grated or finely chopped
1/2 banana sliced
1tsp ghee or unsalted butter

Heat the butter in a pressure cooker , add broken wheat and saute for 3-4
minutes
Add the oats and cook for 2 minutes

Later Add milk and 1/2 cup water and pressure cook for 2 whistles

Add jaggery and apple while the porridge is hot and mix well using whisk.
In the end add banana to it.

If the baby hasn’t started with cowmilk, porridge can be prepared with water
& formula milk can be added later.
