Ever since I gave birth to my lovely baby girl over 9 months ago, I have been reveling in the blessings of life that motherhood brings. It has been a privilege to attend to her needs, love, comfort and soothe her, and to always be there for her. To be fair, I admit I have indulged (or rather over-indulged) in mindless hoarding of baby items – clothing, toys, accessories et al. However, very soon, realization dawned and I discovered myself in the same pitfalls of parenting that most other peers of my day and age suffer from. While it may be easy to justify every action from a personal standpoint, the fact is that our children are growing up in a world of excesses.

Chicken- 2-3 Small pieces(boneless)
Mashed Potato- 2 tbsp
Cheese-1/2 tbsp (Grated)
1. Take 2-3 pieces of Chicken and clean it properly..
2. In a cooker add little oil or ghee put the chicken pieces and slightly stir it for 5-7 mins
3. Add little salt,black pepper and add water to it.Pressure cook for 2-3 whistle.
4 .Keep it on low flame for 10 mins and check the tenderness of the chicken..
5. While feeding it to babies.chop the chicken pieces so that they can eat it..
Tip : I usually used to add mashed potato and grated cheese to the soup.. Aayan really enjoys it.. !!
Pumpkin & Sweet Potato Soup is one of the easiest soup to start with for babies as this soup has natural sweetness and smoothness which babies love to enjoy at any meal. It is quite healthy too.
1 Cut pumpkin and sweet
potato in equal quantity. Wash properly and put them in a cooker with half a
glass of water.Add little turmeric to it.
2. Let 3-4 whistle comes and open it after 5 minutes.
3. Boil it on low flame and lightly mash it.
Tip: You can add litle bit of sugar or salt according to your baby taste bud.
