I believe this the most simplest recipe to prepare that too with just two ingredients which we all have at home.Considering both have many health benefits it is a perfect healthy breakfast, what do you say ??
I have used only half a banana here and one egg to make the pancake without flour, yes without it !
Ingredients( 3 pancakes as in the photo)
Mash the banana and add egg whisk it well together ( you can blend it too).
In a pan take some butter and with a spoon put the batter and spread evenly.
Cook on both the sides and voila you have fluffy pancake.
You can serve it with any fruit, i took little honey for her to taste( as she is 15 months )
Honey not recommended for babies under 1 year.
