Sprout chaat is one of the yummiest and healthiest snacks you can prepare easily with just a few ingredients. You can have it as a complete meal too with full of flavours. 

 

I am not sure whether you can get these sprouts in the market but this is the most convenient way to do at home and it is pretty easy and fast.

** You can store this sprouted lentil in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.

Moong dal or bean sprouts are one of the healthiest food you can include in your diet.

Ingredients
Moong Dal Sprouted & steamed- 1 cup
Onion-1 chopped
Tomato- 1 chopped
Green chilli-1 chopped
Potato(boiled)-1 diced
Lemon
Salt
Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Mango powder-1/2 tsp

Method

Mix all the above ingredients well and add lemon juice to it.Serve as an appetizer or enjoy it for your breakfast or lunch.
