5 tips to enjoy Alive Museum

May23,2016

Alive Museum is Singapore’s fun and entertainment destination with 3D paintings, shading and drawing techniques that create visual illusions. We have been planning to visit this place from so long but put it on a hold as Kaira was too young to enjoy it.  This place is suitable for people of all ages, be it families, couples or tourists.

This was our first visit to Alive museum and realised that we missed out on the few essential points before heading to Alive museum. Here are 5 tips on how you can enjoy the Alive museum.

1. Come with your family/ friends:

Do visit this museum with your family and friends, actually more the merrier. Every illusion here is so beautiful that you will be clicking a lot of photos here and selfies won’t work here much. Alive Museum3

2. Be crazy & quirky

Forget about your age here, you just need to be crazy, creative and interesting to make your photos Alive! Be a real-time model for a day as you never know others may follow you too. Alive Museum9

3. Check for photo points:

This is the reason why you can’t click a selfie here as every illusion has got a photo point where you will stand and click the photo to give you the best Alive moment.  Let your kids be creative with their poses and decide on which one they enjoy the most. I couldn’t click many as kids were busy enjoying than posing for a click and rushing to enjoy it.

4. Avoid peak hours

We went on a long weekend and it was not a good decision, as all you need to do here is to enjoy and capture the Alive moments. Actually, with kids it is not so easy to click a photo at one go and many other people are already waiting to click their photo. You might skip few of the spots which are too popular or come back again after finishing a round.

Try not to carry your strollers as the place get really cramped and some of the 3D backgrounds don’t give you enough space.Alive Museum19

5. Dress comfortably

Well! I was not dressed for this place, seriously. Make sure you wear either pants or legging as you will be more comfortable clicking the shots. Avoid wearing a dress as some of the places have got a mirror flooring.Alive Museum12
