Cheesy Omelette Pizza

Another simple yet healthy breakfast full of calcium and protein for my toddler.A little twist to the regular omelette and you are done with a yummy meal.

Ingredients
Egg-1

Grated Cheese- 3 tsp
Butter- 1 tsp
Salt( optional) as cheese will also be bit salty
Method
In a bowl take egg, cheese, salt and whisk it well so that cheese get mixed properly.
Take a pan add butter, once it melts add the egg and let it cook.
When it is cooked from the one side just put the other half side on it so that cheese is inside and won’t stick to the pan.
Cook it for another 2-3 minutes.
Cut into triangle shape and serve cheesy omelette pizza.
