Aloo paratha or potato paratha is one of the most loved and popular breakfast food.Since it is for the baby so didn’t add any spices to it. Quite easy for baby to hold and eat on their own.
Usually it is filled inside but here i have mashed the potato with flour to make it softer for baby to eat.
Boiled Potato- 1/2 mashed
Wheat flour- 3tbsp
Milk/ water- 3 sp
Mash the boiled potato and mix it with wheat flour.
Make a dough with potato and flour. Add milk or water as necessary. Dough shouldn’t be very sticky, once dough formed add little butter.
Roll it in round shape. Heat a skillet and toast both the sides.
