Semolina- 1 cup
Water- 1/2 cup or less ( check the consistency batter should not be flowy )
Salt ( for babies you can skip it )
1. Mix all the ingredients and keep it aside for 30-40 minutes and batter should be slightly thick so that we can prepare the pancake.
2.In a nonstick pan add little oil and with a spoon add the batter and spread it on the pan.
4. Turn the side when it is cooked from one side.
I gave this pancake to my baby along with lentils and vegetables cooked together, she enjoyed it. This is one complete meal for babies.
