Semolina pancake| Suji pancake recipe

Semolina pancake
Semolina pancake or suji pancake is a savoury pancake instead of the regular sweet pancake which we relish. You will enjoy this with any gravy or chutney and crispy. You can prepare it soft for kids as it will be easy for them to eat and even babies can eat when they start with eating regular food.

Ingredients
Semolina- 1 cup
Curd-1/4 cup
Water- 1/2 cup or less ( check the consistency batter should not be flowy )
Salt ( for babies you can skip it )

Method
1. Mix all the ingredients and keep it aside for 30-40 minutes and batter should be slightly thick so that we can prepare the pancake.

2.In a nonstick pan add little oil and with a spoon add the batter and spread it on the pan.

4. Turn the side when it is cooked from one side.

I gave this pancake to my baby along with lentils and vegetables cooked together, she enjoyed it. This is one complete meal for babies.

You can add grated vegetables to it as well.
