Plum Chutney

Ingredients

Small Plums-15
Sugar- 50 g
Salt-taste
Red Chilli powder- taste
Roasted cumin powder-1/2 sp
Method
1. Boil the plum in hot water for 10 minutes and
let it cool down
2. Remove the seeds and mash them with a spoon or
in a mixer on low speed for a minute or less
3.In a pan add the plum paste and let it boil for
5-10 minutes , add sugar and cook for sometime .
4 .After 10 minutes check the consistency it should
be thick , add salt, red chilli powder and roasted cumin powder.
Serve it cool
